About Tree Sale : -
Friends!
We are selling our grown up trees of kadam, simal,
serise situated at our projects in bihar and other states. The govt.
Authorised
valuer mansyme
consultants, 11a dover lane flat, b1/34 kolkata 700 029, d. Radha krishnan
an authorised valuer of central board of direct taxes, govt. Of india
vide license no. Cat 1 – 1548/1976 has valued the trees at an
average rate of Rs.1500/- per tree which we are offering for sale @
Rs.1000/- per
tree.
The grown up trees which
we are selling require further maintainence for seven years to be marketable
at the time of delivery the
value of which
is expected to be Rs.4500/- (the cost of 30cft. Wood). These trees
are planted and nourished on lease hold land.
The regular maintainence of the trees purchased by you will be caried
out by the company and in return the company will take 45% of the
wood subject
to maximum 14 cft. Or its equal value.
The projects of the company are surnamed by the word “ruigola” and
will be mentioned in all the existing projects and coming up according
to their seniority.
We are selling our grown up plants of jetrofa, the plant planted
in our verious project in Bihar, Bengal & Jharkhand state.
Brief of Jetropha and Bio-Diesel
BIO-DIESEL- ALREADY TESTED AND TRIED IN INDIA
-
Council of Scientific & Industrial
Research, Govt. of India has already tasted the seed plant
technology.
-
Indian Railway has successfully tested the JAN SHATABDI
EXPRESS train from Amritsar to Delhi by using Bio-Diesel.
-
Our company tried successfully and tested by demonstrating
on 21st Nov. 04 at our Madhopara, Purnea at site of the Project
by running
the pumping set on Bio-diesel (Jetropha Oil) by irrigating some
land of Project site.
-
The Govt. of India is planning large scale cultivation
of Jetropha curcas plants to create additional energy security
for the country. The
Govt. is planning to plant nearly 175 million hectears of waste
land worth about 40 crores of enhancing production of Bio-diesel.
With the
result the Govt. will save considerable amount of Foreign exchange
for exchequer by reducing import bills of Peroteum products.

The company has standing plants in own projects which are
ready for sale. Which we are offering for sale @ Rs.1000/- per unit
(Unit means
bunch of six plants).

The grown up Jetropha plant (bush) which we are selling
requires further mentanance for 7 yeaRs. The plant (bush) group
will yield income
of Rs.100/- annually after 1st 2 yeaRs. The estimated cost of plant
(bush) unit will be approximately Rs.5000/- including fruit cost
copletion of
14 yeaRs.

The required mentanance of the bushes purchased by you
will be carried out by the company upto 7 years only. All seed
products of Jetropha
curcas are in the guardianship of the company upto 7 years and
there after 50% of the seed products will be given along with bush
which will
be returns after 7 yeaRs.

The purchaser is compulsorily requires to refund the plant
(bush) to the company. In return the company will pay to him 50%
of bush cost
of 14 years before completion of 7 year at estimated cost of Rs.2500/-.
If the purchaser not willing to refund plant (bush) to the company,
then the purchaser will pay estimated cost of Rs.2500/- per unit
and assured
the agreement from leased to self and bear mentainance cost by
himself.

Circular, Rule and Regulation of Sunshine for Field Associate
Enrollement :- Enrolment or recruitment
of field personal to be allowed to rank No. 1 under the full security
of introducer
or senior
field associate from any centre of the company. Rs. 250/- will
be taken as Enrollement registration charge by the company
for a kit
and necessary documentary working tools.

High rank allotment :- High rank allotment must
be restricted. In special case he have experience previously to another
organiszation in such case he will be full-filament number of
2 new members on
each rank with supporting of one unit on service for each
up to adopted
rank after permission of management.
-
Promotion :- Promotion are based on yearly. Quota
in mid between promotion may be considered if his development
in rp to the mark.

Commission payment :- Commission will be paid
by his voucher. Boucher statement will be prepared month
wise and
to be paid after
40 day's.
But voucher encasement is not done within 90 days's
of the month of collection. Re-premission is must for encasement.

after deduction
of applicable
T.D.S.
and deduction acknowledgment receipt will

of financial
year any workers
income falls
below Rs. 2500/- deduced T.D.S. amount will
be refunded against submission of acknowledgment
receipt issued.

Advance :- Advance
will be allowed after 4th rank. That will be sanctionad under
5% allocation limit of
top senior's
sale business.
After having any advance second advance
in order of priority in deserving cases.
If the advance is sanction P.D cheque to be submite by the applicant.
incase of non availablity of cheques to applicant. in such case senior
cheques will be accepted and senior will bear all types of legal expenses
in case of P.D. cheques are dishonored.

Loans :- Loans will be preferred those workers
who earn O/R commission of 4000/- regular up to six month, and across
the rank
of 6th. Then
company will sanction loan 3 time of his average of last
three month's O/R commission drawn. at the time of loan sanction
the
outstanding
in application to loan/ advance of any will be paid to
the company before the sanction. Loan amount will be recovered by
the company
with interest @ 15% per annum. If loan not recovered during
the six months
after that the interest to be compounded in every six months.
In case the amount is not recovered during the stipulated
period then such
loan should be recovered from linked seniors beginning
to last.

House Loan :- house loan may be allowed up to
the amount or Rs. 2 Lakhs to those who have already achieved 10,000/-
units of tree sale
of sold 10 lakhs jetropha Nurshary plants and one in
6th or above rank and also associated with the company for a
minimum period
of 3 years
for personal house. The recovery period of such loan
under two years with bearing of Bank interest after the day of
sanction.

Inactivity :- In the case of nonfunctional workers
(Exp, His negative activityk non attending of office,
Non cooperative
to juniors, non
obeying instruction of seniors) can be terminated
form his uank. If such negative workin is proved of not
obtaining 20% business
from his
yearly target.

Team diversion :- Chain diversion is strictly
prohibited and if it happens it is to be brought
to ythe notice of management
by the
actual introducer with in the 60 days from the
date of such occurrence for real action to follow as per
circular to be issued from time
to time.

Voucher encashment :- Commission voucher’s
or any kinds of voucher may be encased by producing
identity
care and authorization
letter with the signature attested to competent officer
at the concerned center.

M.I (Monthly Incentive) :-
(i) Monthly Incentive will be payable to
such worker who will full-fill target
applicable. Subject to 25%
increasment of business
compulsory
for group B up to the 4th rank only.
(ii) if the field associates cover Ist
quarterly target under time his M.I.
payment is continued
up to 3rd
quarter target.
Subject to
monthly business is not less 20% monthly

Insurance Coverage :- Insurance
coverage or Rs. 100000/- to 200000/-
will be applicable
and effective
when field associates
will earn O/R
commission or Rs. 2500/- per month
for a period of consecutive five months and
will
grow up to
5000/-
minimum second insurance
value just
converted in 2 lakes valuation.

Promotional Bonus (P.B.) :- P.B. will be paid exclusively
to any promoted
associates
as
per P.B.

If the associates
take grace promotion under any
circumstances P.B. benefit will be not applicable.

Agency Transfer :- Transfer
of agency may be allowed
under proper chance as
under legal
proceeding.

for field work. His monthly sale target is not below from
100 point from last three month of one lakh monthly at the time of

of vehicle he will desposit up to 12 P.D.C. up to total valuation

75% cost of vehicle. After rest cost will be adjusted to
his advance
at the time of transfer of vehicle by his name. Subject to
monthly target full fill regularly. If his target is detoriete 50%

month, the vehicle sized for company purpose with adding
of depreciation charge.

Stationary :- Any kinds of forms, career books,
profiles, literature, dairies, calendars, folders, all kinds of stationary
are to be purchased
by the field associate as per prize list available in
the centers accept advertisement papers.

About Group-B (I.T. Service)
Business :- In some
service (big model) the spot commission/O/R commission
is may be Detorietes as per advance
notification by the company.

Additional Benefit on Service
Promotion :- If
the field associate continued to three pomotion
in service
with P.B achievement. On 4th
promotion he will get one extra P.B (mean of
last three P.B) abtained by him 3rd part of total balue
of P.B.

Performing senior (P. Se) :- A field associate will be out going from rank at 9th after
producing of one
immediate juniors. He will
be called performing senior. Which is every
performing seniors perform one immediate juniors with addition
of 20% plus business target after
his basic target every year for each ranks
from
his just down workers up to the rank 16th
as following
schedule,
P.Se, P.Se-1, P.Se-2, P.Se-3,
P.Se-4, P.Se-5, P.Se-6. Those are gate O/R
commission @ 0.20% with addition of monthly salary of Rs-10000/-,
11000/-, 12000/-, 13000/-,
15000/-, 17000/-, 19000/- as above schedule

Retirement Facilities :- A field associates
are retired after producing of one senior
on his rank (16th)
under target schedule. He

the date of last promotion up to date of retirement

B group. Subject to not exceed of 15,00,000 (fifteen
lakh) at a time.

area. Such bonafide workers get annual
package of Rs-5,00,000 (Five lakh) against his maintenance
